Current role – Senior Territory Manager, Craig Group Foodservice
 

My role involves leading a team of sales people to develop the business with the marine and onshore industries. Awareness of where new business lies whether new builds, expansions or new menus are crucial in ensuring we stay ahead of the competition. 

The Craig Group is currently supporting me through a training programme to move into the position of Sales Manager. I enjoy the fact that my role is varied and split between the office, meeting customers and communicating and liaising with other departments and with sales reps and chandlers. I still get a buzz from completing a sale whether it is a new line or a contract I have been working on for a while. I relish the challenge of bringing in new customers. 

My role allows me to be much more involved in the planning and developing of not only the business but the people as well. 

Working with the team to explore new ways or opportunities to sell current or new lines is really rewarding and there is a great team spirit at Foodservice which is paramount to our success.
